From 2009 to 2017, Arik Lerner of Rue Michelle Antiques traveled between London, Paris, NYC, and Hong Kong, attending symposiums at prestigious institutions such as the British Museum, The Royal Academy, and The Metropolitan Museum of Art. During this time, Mr. Lerner studied Chinese and Tibetan art, handling and evaluating pieces under the guidance of world-renowned experts.

Rue Michelle is recognized for brokering two of the most important collections of Chinese art and Tibetan Thangkas to enter the market. We hold a world record for the sale of a Chang Dai-Chien piece outside Asia. Additionally, we have appraised collections for three Nobel Laureates.
